Here is the most recent Hypothesis HECVAT.

The score that is reflected in this document is 2795, or 74% “C”. As most institutions will know, the HECVAT is not complete until the analyst section providing a qualitative assessment of responses is filled out by local IT staff. The analyst section represents 19% of the overall score. The Hypothesis + analyst sections, when completed together, should result in an overall score in excess of 90% “A.”
